Before opening his practice in Louisville, Jed served as General Counsel for an international real estate developer headquartered in Ukraine with projects under development in Dubai, Kiev, and Crimea — including the Kempinski Palm Jumeirah.
Earlier, as in-house counsel for Nakheel PJSC, the real estate arm of Dubai World, Jed participated in the closing of over $7 billion in transactions, including the MGM / Dubai World joint venture for CityCenter, Las Vegas.
